Monthly Sessions - 3rd Tuesday of every month at 8 pm (free entry), and now includes December

All events are in The Sportsman’s Club on Queens Road unless otherwise stated.

We’d love to see more folk at the monthly sessions. It’s always a good night which is very informal with time for a blether and a laugh between songs. There’s plenty parking at the back of the Sportsman’s Club so if you haven’t been for a while come along and why not bring a friend.

Music slow session – we’ve run several of these now and they continue to be popular. Jimmy Mitchell provides the music and leads the session. The objective is to get all musicians playing along at a comfortable speed for folk who are still learning their instrument and/or are just fed up with sessions that charge along at 100 mile an hour.

Competitions Day – there will be the usual wide variety of competitions and everyone is welcome to participate or just come along and listen.
